    Silvio will be conducting carving workshops during the ArtEyrea festival.

  • January 2023 – Brighton Jetty Sculptures

    Silvio co-curated and co-judged the Brighton Jetty Sculptures exhibition which runs until the 29th January. He is also exhibiting this marble piece “Surf’s Up”

  • November 2022 – Progress

    Silvio’s piece “Nudibranch” is progressing well. The sculptors are enjoying working on the Attadale Reserve by the Swan River and are being well looked after by organisers and sponsors.

  • November 2022 – WAISSS – “Stone to Art”

    At the opening of the Western Australian International Stone Sculpture Symposium, “Stone to Art”, on Thursday evening 10th November. L-R, Jina Lee, symposium director & participating sculptor, Quentin Gore, sculptor, SA, Peter Henderson, symposium committee member and supplier of the stone, Luke Zwolsman, sculptor, Qld, Peter Syndicas, sculptor, SA, Peter Stone from the City of Melville, Silvio Apponyi, site manager & participating sculptor, SA. The artists will be working 9-5 from the 11th – 27th November on the Attadale Reserve alongside the Swan River.

    New piece at Signal Point: Southern Right Whales. The exhibition closes on Sunday 29th August.

    Silvio will be back demonstrating at Signal Point on Friday 27th August, from 10am – 3pm.
