Silvio was the people\’s choice award winner last year at the Waterhouse Natural History Art Prize, with his \’Leafy Sea Dragon\’ Made from recycled Baltic pine.
A requirements of the entries was that they arrive packed, with assembly instructions for the gallery staff.
